How do I work?
Establishing a schedule
for project work
After signing the funding agreement, I organize a meeting to start the project. I assign at least one specialist to each project, who supports the process at every stage. During the meeting, I provide key information, explain the principles of project implementation, and together we establish a schedule of planned activities.
Support in selecting a contractor
I am responsible for the entire process of preparing and conducting tender procedures – from market research to contractor selection. I create inquiries in line with current guidelines, analyse responses and assess whether they meet formal requirements. I ensure that the selection of suppliers or service providers is carried out in accordance with regulations and within established deadlines. I am also responsible for the publication of announcements and ongoing maintenance of the competitiveness database in projects co-financed from EU funds.
Making changes to a project or contract
When, during the implementation of the project, there is a need to introduce changes in the application documentation or the funding agreement, I take over the entire procedure of their formalization. I prepare appropriate applications, justifications and conduct correspondence with the institution that granted the funds. Thanks to my experience and knowledge of national procedures, I efficiently guide through the modification process, ensuring that the changes comply with the applicable rules and the interests of the beneficiary.
Preparation of design documentation
I help prepare project documentation so that it meets all formal requirements and is consistent with current guidelines. This allows for correct settlement of expenses without the risk of financial corrections. Based on the materials provided, I create payment applications or reporting reports, using the appropriate IT system. My support at this stage significantly speeds up the process of paying out funds and minimizes the risk of errors.
Assistance during project control
As soon as a notification of an inspection appears, I support you in preparing complete documentation and accompany you during the inspection visit to answer questions and dispel doubts. After the inspection is completed, I help you formulate answers to a possible post-inspection report. Thanks to my experience in working with various institutions, I know what to expect, which allows me to effectively relieve you at this demanding moment and significantly reduce the stress associated with the entire process.
Assistance after investment completion
After the project is completed, I continue to oversee its proper course during the durability period. Although all expenses have already been settled, the obligations resulting from the co-financing agreement are still in force. I support in preparing the required reports and conducting the necessary monitoring to avoid irregularities. If an inspection occurs – also at this stage – I help prepare for it and go through it smoothly, in accordance with the requirements of the supervising institution.
